2. General information on data processing

As a matter of principle, We process users' personal data only to the extent required to provide a functioning website together with my content and services. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Provision of the website and server log files

Each time my website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically collects data from the accessing device (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system used, referrer URL). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve the security of our systems. The log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless a security-relevant incident has occurred.

4. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary storage operations required to run the website are used. No consent is required for these under Section 25(2) TDDDG; a cookie banner is therefore not needed.

When you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address and any further information you supply) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is disclosed to third parties only where this is necessary to perform a contract (e.g. payment service providers), where you have consented, or where a legal obligation exists. As a rule, no transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
